Cocoa origin: The Amazonico Nativo cocoa is cultivated by smallholder farmers of the CEPROAA cooperative in the highland–rainforest corridor of the Cajamarca and Amazonas regions of Peru. In 2025, this cacao received the Denominación de Origen, a designation of origin that certifies the genetic purity of the beans: the profile consists predominantly of Cajamarca–Amazonas cocoa, complemented by a smaller proportion of old local varieties. Modern hybrid varieties are not permitted in the mix.

Flavor notes: This chocolate reveals notes of honey, alongside delicate floral and fruity nuances.
